If you are unfortunate enough to be involved in an accident which is your fault and your vehicle is roadworthy, all you need to do is call in to ourselves for an estimate, which is free of charge.

We would then liaise with your insurance company, sending them the estimate and arranging an inspection of your vehicle if required.

Once we have authority from your insurance to carry out the repairs of your vehicle, we are then able to book you in for repairs and supply you with a courtesy car if required, free of charge.

If your vehicle is unroadworthy we can arrange collection of your vehicle and if required a courtesy can be arranged as soon as possible. From then on, the same procedures as above would apply.
